1. When will my order ship?
ITEM AVAILABILITY
In Stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days once an order is placed. Please note that order size and/or adding a service such as striping, dyeing and twisting may increase fulfillment time.
IEWC.de ORDER PROCESSING
Online orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday during normal business hours. IEWC does not currently process online orders on Saturday, Sunday or major US holidays.
2. What shipping options are available?
GUEST USERS
If you place an order as a GUEST, orders under 150 lbs. may ship via Fedex Ground, Fedex 2 Day or Fedex Standard Overnight. Please contact us at +49 6175 79791 0 if you would like to place an order over 150 lbs.
3. How do I track my order shipments?
GUEST USERS
If you are a GUEST user, you will receive an Advanced Shipping Notice via email with your tracking numbers(s) once your order has shipped. With your tracking number(s) you can look up your order on our Order Status Page, visit www.fedex.com to check the status of your shipment, or contact us at +49 6175 79791 0 for more information.
